The brief

Develop a mobile application for the pool maintenance crew to receive schedules and report completed tasks. Additionally create an administrative portal for the company administration to create schedules and review completed tasks.

The solution

We developed a mobile app for the client that allows their maintenance staff to see a schedule of their work tasks and report completed tasks back to the company. Staff can take photos with their phones and log them in the system and use the app to check in and out of given tasks.

For the management of the company we developed a web portal in Joomla that allows the client to manage staff, tasks, clients and schedules that is then instantly viewable in the mobile app.
