1. The collection of personal data

When you access or contact Jensen Technologies through email or over the phone, we collect your information through the forms you fill in and through third party analytics tools. You can request for us to delete your personal data by contacting us through our contact form or by emailing us at [email protected]. All information is stored until deletion.

Information you provide us with:

  • Contact information: when you fill in the contact form or sign up for our newsletter we will receive and store any information you fill in. Jensen Technology uses this data to contact you when necessary. The information that is stored can include your name, email address and in case you are contacting us through the contact form, anything you wish to share in the subject and body of your ticket.If you contact us through the phone, we will be able to view your phone number. We will store this if we believe it will be necessary.

  • Billing and tax information: in order for us to perform any services for you we will need your billing and tax information. Once we create a contact, we will ask you to share this information with us. It will most likely be through emails, but can be done over the phone.

3. Why and with who we share your personal data

  • All personal data we have on you is accessible to key employees of Jensen Technologies S.L.. This is necessary for us to help to provide you with (technical) support, and for us to perform administrative and development tasks.

  • Your name, address and billing and tax information is shared with an external accounting company for them to be able to provide us with services on our behalf.
