Develop a mobile-friendly accessible website that the employees of the town hall can update and maintain themselves.

We developed the solution in Joomla CMS using our own custom template. A large portion of the work was dedicated to migrating the existing documents and URL structure to the new site. The template had to be WCAG 2.0 accessible.
